Our story
We are a small, passionate Canadian company based in British Columbia. Director and CEO, Anne-Marie De Crem, leads Invictis in managing, maintaining and maximizing the value of quality homes across the province.
Invictis is not just about property management. We strive to provide peace of mind for your investment properties. In the three years that we have been active, we have developed a unique approach, where integrity, transparency and creativity come first in everything we do.
As a small company, we value every customer and tenant relationship. We believe in achieving generational wealth for our clients – assets that are passed from one generation to the next. Our wolf-inspired logo reflects our determination: once we set our sights on something, we won’t let go until we reach our goal.

How we started
Being part of the enormous influx of people into Canada, back in 2010, we experienced firsthand how important it is to have a safe place to live and to transform that space into a home, a base from which you can fully develop your career, family and overall feeling of belonging, happiness and success.
… and this is where our journey started; seeing this unfold in front of us and wanting to be an active part of this phenomenon, the question was simple: how do we support the people that are joining the Canadian journey in search of a better and prosperous future in one of their basic needs and at the same time the people that facilitate that need, in other words the investors that choose to take the risk in investing, in providing that safe and clean environment.
Without the investor, this cycle of perpetual growth will not be sustainable to the detriment of Canada, its economical ambitions and the world.
Stepping into this journey as an investor first, gave us firsthand experience on how to properly manage our own properties before managing other investor’s properties and hard-earned assets…

About the CEO
Raised in family where both sides were successful entrepreneurs for multiple generations and having worked in both care & service industries for several years, one could say that developing relationships, growing business ventures and successfully managing a company is part of Anne-Marie’s DNA.
Being a real estate investor herself, she has firsthand experience with how to navigate the intricacies of tenant relationships, mitigating risks and avoiding the pitfalls that are inherent with owning, managing and even renovating real estate.
Anne-Marie is a seasoned real estate professional that understands the importance of having partners on which you can trust & count and that can provide an ease-of-mind, so you can concentrate on further developing your real estate portfolio that can generate the generational wealth for you and your family.
How we work
Through a self-developed and proven screening process, we ensure that properties are matched up with the right tenants. Tenants that have a proven financial & legal trade record that can support the responsibilities towards the landlord but also its neighbors. We understand that a tenant not only expects a safe space, but also enjoyable and respectful surroundings when coming and leaving its home.
Frequent property visits, or property “health checks” as we like to call them, are performed during the tenancy to ensure ease of mind for both tenant and owner. Any concerns are dealt with in a professional, cost efficient and most importantly timely fashion.
At the end of the tenancy-life cycle, a thorough walkthrough is organized to ensure a quick turnaround towards the next tenant, without any lingering issues.
